Yes we do. You can send us your own version or we can use our standard default NDA for referrals if required.
We shall provide you with some evidence of any on-going email / chat communications if this happens. Hence the referral fees will not be applicable for this instance. We strongly advise for our referrals to let us know in advance prior to engaging a prospect.
A simple introduction with a warm email would be great to kick off the engagement with a new prospect. Our business outreach team members will get in touch with your referral to provide a short demo of our product. Should they face any challenges or have any requests, we will be directly dealing with the prospect to address the issues.
Upon successful completion of payment by the prospect, we will then contact you to acknowledge the conformation of payout for your referral fees. Please allow our accounting department to process these payments within ninety (90) days from the date of successful transaction by the prospect due to the contingencies with our cancellation policy within sixty (60) days as per the 2025 EU Data Act. Subject to terms & conditions.
As all our Secqrd plans are now sold with a 60-day cancellation policy effective 1st January 2026 – hence should the subscription be cancelled by the business within 60-days, we shall not award the referral fees to you.Â
