What is Secqrd?

Secqrd provides aftersales solutions to hardware buyers.  Our purpose-built CRM offers an after-sales warranty management & IP-protection platform that is built for hardware, equipping brands with a simple and secure method for product warranty registration, insurance purchase and subsequent buyer engagement after a sale.

What differentiates Secqrd from other CRM solutions?

A general CRM is built to serve a wider range of users, across multiple industry and service types. These CRMs are not niche to hardware, devices and B2B commercial needs which your business may need. Secqrd is built for hardware after-sales and is tailored also for commercial and B2B sales.

Features

What are viewer accounts?

Viewer accounts are secondary accounts that have limited features and is designed primarily to be used by your employees or be issued to authorised distributors, dealers, representatives, sales agents, etc who are facing the buyer after a sale.

Are there any limitations when creating devices?

No. You can create any type of devices with multiple brands, versions, variation or colours. However, please note that if devices listed on Secqrd goes against our usage policy including counterfeit items, expired and refurbished items, etc, we will unlist the device and suspend your account. 

What are the add-ons that can be listed for sale?

You can list any extended warranty packages, on-site services, device related add-ons such as refills, enhancements and protection, genuine certificates, etc. Each add-on is matched to a unique device. You can view a recommended list here.

Do my buyers need to download the mobile app to register for product e-warranty?

No. We practice a simplistic approach to also allow your buyers to easily register their device e-warranty and access their Secqrd account instantly using a web browser on their phones. 

How do I integrate my current database into Secqrd?

For the first 20 devices, we will assist you to upload this for FREE during the account setup phase. Should you require some help in migration of database, we are also happy to assist your business with a small fee.

Can i request custom features that are not readily available?

Yes. We are able to consider your request to perform customisation to suit your business needs. Subject to its overall complexity, we may request for some additional one-off fees. Please send us an email at team@secqrd.com

Licensing & Subscription

What happens after my 14-day trial expires?

On default, your account will be deactivated unless you purchase a paid subscription plan from your account dashboard. You can also contact us directly at team@secqrd.com to request for another 14-day extension upon the completion of your first 14-day trial period. 

Are the subscription fees charged on a per seat basis?

No. Secqrd charges a flat fee per business annually for each subscription plan. Each plan comes with a range of admin accounts and a range of buyer accounts according to the respective plans. Compare plans here.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. If you subscribe to any subscription plan for 2-years (24-Months) before 31/12/2025, OR if you attend a demo session with any one of our team members – you will get 30% OFF. Terms & conditions apply.

What are platform fees?

This platform fee includes the mandatory transaction charges as billed by the STRIPE and the use of our e-commerce billing tools via Secqrd.

What are the benefits of licensing?

Our Secqrd annual licensing plans gives your business all the benefits of a regular subscription minus the transaction fees (0%).

How soon will we get paid for add-ons purchases?

Our standard settlement period is before the 7th of the new month. However should your business have a heavy volume of transactions, we can discuss this arrangement separately.

What if i have between 500K - 5M buyers?

Other Queries

I already have an existing after-sales system. Will you assist us to migrate into Secqrd?

Yes. Do advise what type of CRM software your business is currently for easier evaluation. In most cases we should be able to assist you with this migration without a fee, however it is subject to a case by case approach and complexity.

Are there any other fees apart from the platform fees?

No. Apart from the platform fees which are incurred only during payments from your buyers when purchase add-ons (covers STRIPE charges, etc), we do not bill you for any other usage fees. (No SMS fees, no credit systems).

I have a device that has multiple SKUs. Do you consider it as a single product count in plan limitations?

Yes. We consider this as a single product count. (Some plans have a product limit). To create multiple SKUs, in the add device page, we have made it even more flexible for you to add datasets with the use of a “+” button.

What are the common challenges other business users face during integration?

Adding existing buyers into Secqrd. The issue is because the original email address that was provided by the buyer during registration –  no longer works. 

What are Secqrd warranty cards?

You can purchase our Secqrd printed QR warranty cards as an optional paper warranty card replacement to be included inside your device packaging. Please visit here.

Can I get a downloadable copy of all my data?

You can request this via our support module in your Secqrd dashboard. Subject to the size of your data, we strive to provide this data to you as quickly as possible via a downloadable link which only authorised persons in your organisation can access.
