Yes we do. You can send us your own version or we can use our standard default NDA for referrals if required.
We shall provide you with some evidence of any on-going email / chat communications if this happens. Hence the referral fees will not be applicable for this instance.
A simple introduction with a warm email would be great to kick off the engagement with a new prospect. Our business outreach team members will get in touch with your referral to provide a short demo of our product. Should they face any challenges or have any requests, we will be directly dealing with the prospect to address the issues.
Upon successful completion of payment by the prospect, we will then contact you to acknowledge the receipt of payment for referral fees. Please allow our accounting department to process these payments within sixty (60) days from the date of successful transaction by the prospect. Subject to terms & conditions.
As all our Secqrd plans are now sold with a 30-days money-back guarantee effective 1st January 2024 – hence should the subscription be cancelled by the referral – we shall not award the referral fees.
We appreciate the good will and kind gesture in encouraging more businesses to use Secqrd. You may let us know of your intent before engaging the prospect. The process and duration is the same as the regular payment of referral fees as above. Our accounting department shall credit the amount directly back to the business as a form of cashback.
