What is Secqrd?

Secqrd provides aftersales solutions to hardware buyers.  Our purpose-built CRM offers an after-sales warranty management & IP-protection platform that is built for hardware, equipping brands with a simple and secure method for product warranty registration, insurance purchase and subsequent buyer engagement after a sale.

Features

What are viewer accounts?

Viewer accounts (also known as team accounts) are secondary accounts that have limited features and is designed primarily to be used by employees or be issued to authorised distributors, dealers, representatives, sales agents, etc who are dealing with the buyer after a sale.

Are there any limitations when creating products?

No. You can create any type of products with multiple brands, versions, variation or colours. However, please note that if products listed on Secqrd goes against our usage policy including counterfeit items, expired and refurbished items, etc, we will suspend the product from your account. Your buyers will not be able to also view / access the particular product once it has been suspended.

What are the add-ons that can be listed for sale?

You can list any extended warranty packages, on-site services, product related add-ons such as refills, enhancements and protection, product insurance (if available), genuine certificates, etc. You can view a recommended list here.

Do my buyers need to download the mobile app to register for product e-warranty?

No. We practice a simplistic approach to also allow your buyers to easily register their product e-warranty and access their Secqrd account instantly using a web browser on their phones. 

How do I integrate my current database into Secqrd?

For the first 20 products, we will assist you to upload this for free during the account setup phase. Furthermore, we provide you with a simple user manual on data uploading and integration. 

Can i add some extra features that are required for my business use?

We are able to perform customisation for your business. You are able to raise this request via your business admin account itself with the support module.

Licensing & Subscription

What happens after my 14-day trial expires?

You can contact us directly at team@secqrd.com to request for another 14-day extension upon the completion of your first 14-day trial period. On default, your account will be deactivated unless you purchase a subscription plan from your business admin panel.

Are the subscription fees charged on a per seat basis?

No. Secqrd charges a flat fee per business annually for each of its plans. Each plan comes with a range of admin accounts and a range of user accounts according to the respective plans. 

Are there any discounts?

Yes. If you subscribe to our 2-year plan (24-Months) before 31/07/2025, you will get 30% OFF.

What are transaction fees?

Secqrd allows your buyers to  select add-on options as set by you via the app as detailed above. With every purchase done via Secqrd, we will deduct a simple flat transaction fee. This fee includes the mandatory charges as billed by the payment gateway provider.

What are the benefits of licensing?

Our Secqrd annual licensing plans gives your business all the benefits of a regular subscription minus the transaction fees (0%).

How soon will we get paid for add-ons purchases?

Our standard settlement period is before the 7th of the new month. However should your business have a heavy volume of transaction, we can discuss this arrangement separately.

What if i have between 500K - 5M buyers?

Other Queries

I already have an existing after-sales system. Will you assist us to migrate into Secqrd?

Yes we will support you with the migration. Do advise what type of CRM software your business is currently using to enable our team to give you an easy solution on this migration steps. In most cases we should be able to assist you with this migration, however it is subject to a case by case approach and complexity.

What are the other costs involved in integrating Secqrd to our current business process?

As Secqrd is built to compliment conventional product registration methods, we recommend that you purchase our Secqrd printed QR cards to be included into your product packaging. Please visit our pricing page here.

I have a product that has multiple variations. Can Secqrd recognise this individual versions?

Yes. In the add product page, we have made it even more flexible for you to add datasets with the use of a “+” button. Secqrd also has the identification filter for product type, product version and serial number to ensure each product type is unique.

What are the common challenges other business users face during integration?

Adding existing buyers into Secqrd. The issue mostly lies in the email address that was provided by the buyer during registration – which no longer works. The best solution is to contact the buyer involved via phone (in cases where the phone number was collected). Alternatively, you can inform about the use of Secqrd in existing social media pages to update your buyers and encourage them to download Secqrd.
